ADULTS: Take only ONE dose recommendation, or as professionally prescribed.
To maintain intestinal beneficial flora : Take 1 capsule two times a day
To relieve symptoms of acne : Take 1 capsule five times a day

Bovine lactoferrin 150 mg
Saccharomyces cerevisiae (boulardii) 3 billion CFU
Retinol palmitate 948.75 micrograms
equiv. to vitamin A 517.5 micrograms retinol equivalents
Contains milk products, sugars and phenylalanine.
