Shake well before use. Squeeze gently. Mix in water or juice and consume immediately.
Adults: Take 3 drops (116 microlitres) once a day, or as professionally prescribed.
For the maintenance of levels in individuals 65 years and over: Take 5 drops (193 microlitres) once a day, or as professionally prescribed.
If you have any pre-existing conditions or are on any medications always talk to your health professional before use.
Some products should be ceased at least two weeks before any elective surgery, please confirm with your health professional.
Each 116 microlitres dose (3 drops) contains:
Selenomethionine (selenium 68 micrograms) 169 micrograms
Contains ethanol 12.84% v/v as a preservative.
