Blackmores Valerian Forte is a one-a-day dose of valerian which helps reduce time to fall asleep and supports refreshing sleep. It also reduces restless sleep and helps mind relaxation.
30 Tablets
Adults –Take 1 tablet once a day, 30 minutes to one hour before bedtime.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Contains Sulfites.
In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual; fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching. May cause drowsiness, if affected do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery.
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
