For therapeutic applications of magnesium: Take 1 tablet three times daily.
For daily magnesium supplementation: Take 1 tablet daily.
Or take as directed by a healthcare professional.
If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A
daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary
supplements should not be exceeded. Do not use if cap and/or bottle seals are missing or broken.
