For therapeutic applications of magnesium: Take 1 tablet three times daily.
For daily magnesium supplementation: Take 1 tablet daily. Or take as directed by a healthcare professional.

A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
