Mega Magnesium Muscle Plus is ideal for those over 50, supporting muscle tone, enhancing muscle mass (with resistance training) & maintaining muscle strength. Made with easily absorbed magnesium, HMB & vitamin D it is a delicious tangerine flavour.

ADULTS:
Add 1 scoop (6.1g) to 200 ml of water twice daily. Or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Magnesium glycinate dihydrate (Meta Mag® - Magnesium diglycinate) 2.1g
Equiv. Magnesium 210mg
Calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate monohydrate (myHMB®) 1.9g
Colecalciferol 12.5 micrograms
Equiv. Vitamin D3 500IU
