Passionflower is traditionally used in herbal medicine to assist with difficulty falling asleep and to help ease nervous tension, stress and mild anxiety. Contains ingredients traditionally used in herbal medicine to:

Each VegeCapsule contains:
Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate- 550mg, Equiv. Magnesium- 110mg.
Herbal extracts equivalent to dry:
Passiflora Incarnata (Passionflower) Herb- 300mg.
Humulus Lupulus (Hops) Flower- 250mg.
Zizyphus Jujuba (Zizyphus) Fruit- 1g (1,000mg).
