GO VITAMIN D3 1,000IU contains 1,000IU of colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) to help prevent dietary Vitamin D3 deficiency. Vitamin D3 maintains healthy bones, supports bone strength and muscle function. Vitamin D3 helps Calcium absorption and a diet deficient in Calcium can lead to osteoporosis later in life. It also supports Vitamin D3 levels in the body when sun exposure is inadequate.
